- Address changes
- Duplicate license or wall certificate

Online
- Log in to your professional license account.
- Access our service Board of Registration for Professional Engineers & Land Surveyors (BRPELS).
- Your professional license must be linked to your account to make any updates.
- If your account is not already linked, you must link your existing professional license. This does not require an activation code.

Order a Duplicate License or Wall Certificate
Printed copies of professional licenses cannot be requested by email. You must go online and pay a $5.00 print fee.
At your account dashboard:
- Manage your existing professional license
- Click your license number
- Select Print License or Request Duplicate Wall Certificate
Retired/Inactive Status
Request for retired status will be granted effective the next scheduled renewal date. (WAC 196-12-065 & WAC 196-16-035)
- Submit requests no more than 15 days prior to the expiration of your professional license
- Inactive status is for Professional Land Surveyors & On-Site Designers only
How to Add an Endorsement
Adding an endorsement to your license can be done online. At your account dashboard:
- Manage your existing professional license
- Click your license number and select ‘Manage Endorsement’
- The Structural Engineer license in our online system is viewed like an endorsement to your Washington State Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Upload the first two pages of the Structural Engineer Registration Application.
- From the drop down, select none or n/a.
